Eat Like you live in the Mediterranean
Hi Dolls,
I love this diagram. It makes the diet so much simplier to follow. Today I am going to make some roasted chicken thighs, whole wheat pasta, red sauce, olive oil and bread for dipping. Also a big salad with Romaine lettuce and other veges I have around the house...green pepper, onion, celery, carrots.
Will post a pic tomorrow...I have been terrible about taking pictures of my food lately. But I have been finishing up a Psychology class....I start my Masters program in Counseling in 1 month!
