I make these egg rolls every year for my daughter.
Chop up cabbage, carrots, celery. Really any vege you like
Add Bean Spouts
Saute in skillet in vegetable oil.
set this aside.

FRY IT UP!
SERVE WITH Brown rice and chucky vege stir-fry...We like sweet and sour to top it off.
I used the ready cooked Brown rice and added fresh corn and peas, and red pepper to make the stir fry.
