I had to make a decision. I have loved every minute of blogging about the balance between home and work. The whole process has been more like an online journal of my life I and will continue to follow you all. But I have made a major decision in my life that warrants a change in where I spend my time so that I can retain the balance I so desperately need, that my husband and family deserve, and also accomplish the goals that are in my heart set there by God.
I am going to stop blogging here. There is more than a years worth of helpful tips of balancing work, family, health, etc....so enjoy! But you can find me now....regularly posting on my www.loseitforlifenow.com website and blog. www.loseitforlifenow.blog.com - this site is devoted to following my life with a major food addiction and the process to getting well from the inside out.
Because of Jeff's recent heart attack and the subsequent amazing recovery that was largely due to his change in food choices and all over lifestyle change (again...read about what he did to reverse his heart disease at www.loseitforlifenow.com)
I have even more passion, desire and conviction that this is the way toward health for life. That food can heal. That you can Heal your Life using the power of the Holy Spirit inside you! The same Holy Spirit that raised Jesus from the grave
on this very day!
I must follow my calling to teach others about a way of life that can heal them from the inside out.
In order to get the credentials I need to practice in a clinical setting or set up my own practice I have started a masters program in counseling with the goal in mind to someday counsel people of all ages with food addictions. That is what God has been calling me to do for some time now and I have to listen.
I will be continuing to follow you all and will miss this lovely community of women devoted to God, family, and Home. I have learned so much from you all and am honored to have met you.
Please keep in touch and send me an email if you would like some help of any kind with any food issues you may be struggling with. my email is lose.it.for.life.now@gmail.com
Please purchase the 21 day devotional series we have been discussing. The book "Made to Crave" is also very very good. I will post more about my journey toward wellness on the other site as well as share with you the wisdom of Louis L. Hay and my own convictions about what the bible tells us regarding food and devotion to caring for God's temple and staying close to him daily.
