WELLNESS WHIP UP!



Hi Healthy DOLLS,

My mornings have been wonderful....I found a great way to get 2 servings of fruits and dairy in a YUM YUMMMMMY Smoothie....

I call this my


Wellness Whip-UP....

I made this with 1 small Peach and 1 small Banana, blended with 1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup 1% milk, colon cleanse powder, and 1pkg of Truvia sweetner.





I made one this morning that was Pineapple Banana...and delicious.

 I was full all morning!


Last night the Lentil soup was amazing!  Probably the easiest thing I have made that is Mediterranean so far because I bought the lentil and spices in a pre-package mix...all I had to do was boil the water...simmer for 1 hour...then
