Hi Dolls,
Monday, the classic...I am starting my diet today...But NO MORE...we are not on a diet. We are taking care of our bodies for God. We are being kind to ourselves by living in moderation. I feel better, but have not lost weight, but because this is so easy to stick too. I have a feeling that eventually. As I get more active...the weight will come off. But, I want to stop the obsessions. Enjoy the thought for the day!

This series has really helped me to Think before I put something into my mouth. It is so important to think of others first. We can be so self focused! Making God my first priority, then my husband, then of course the needs of others helps me to be less aware of what I need all the time. Of course, I still crave...but I am learning already to crave God even more!
