Hi Dolls,
Today I am going strong beginning day 3 of my fast. No sugar, pizza, processed foods, or high fat dairy.
The above picture was taken over the weekend at my son's football game. He did awesome! I was so proud of him and he didn't get hurt!
VICTORY!
I surpassed cheeseburgers, fries, cupcakes, and all sorts of high fat foods this weekend because of the Football game and a Baby shower. I walked on Friday, Saturday but not yesterday....but that's ok. I will make up for that today. But my goal is 30-45 minutes of exercise a day.
Today's menu includes...
Breakfast
Cheese on Toast... - it's low sugar low carb bread
Strawberries
8oz 1% Milk
I take a Multivitamin in the morning.
Vitamin B Complex
Fish Oil
Acidophiles
Snack - Green Tea and Almonds (just a handful)
Lunch
Cream cheese on Celery
Strawberries
Avocado slices with low carb crackers
Sardines
Dinner
Leek Soup - the recipe is in My Pages...
Pot Roast with Mushrooms and Zucchini - I will post pic tomorrow.
