Hi Dolls,
Ok..time to get serious. I am bloated and not feeling good at all!! It's my own fault so I am going to take my own health coaching advice....My 40 Day Fast starts today....Below are the foods I will be fasting from....
1. Sugar - processed foods - cookies, cakes, candy.
2. White foods - rice, pasta, bread
3. Pizza - yes, that's right I said it.
4. High Fat Dairy...I will eat natural cheese in moderation. But no ice cream.
Now, it's off the Le Marche....a Saturday tradition. Too bad I can't wear my cutie apron...AHhhh the good old days...
The French Manifesto continues...but I don't want to continue on until I master the ones we already talked about....I have the 3 meals a day down....but NOT the moderation and NOT the daily activity. So today also starts a committment to myself to walk or exercise in a way that is fun for me at least 30 minutes daily.

Good luck to you! Sound like quite a challenge. I am exercising, I actually love to walk and dance and take classes. I need to cut out the bad stuff in my diet. I'm anxious to see how it goes.
ReplyDeleteThanks, so far lost 2 lbs in 6 days...BUT yesterday I ate some salty snacks...and felt awful...if anything it was a lesson in what I can and cannot tolerate. Why eat food if it brings you misery...So I learned me lesson and am back at it today...
