I am looking forward to....
Hi Dolls,
Today, the only thing getting me through is the thought of this delicious meal at the end of it. Sad, but true....BUT sometimes you just have those days.
Clams Linguini...right now....I really don't know what could be better.
This is how I make it....
1 can whole clams
Angle Hair Pasta
white wine
garlic
parsley
butter
Fry several large cloves of garlic in Olive Oil until golden brown
add 1/2 cup of the pasta water, fresh ground pepper, and 1/2 stick butter....reduce....add 1/2 c white wine...
Pour over your pasta and toss....Must top this with Fresh Parsley AND have FRESH French Bread to soak up the juices....
