Hi Dolls!Ok, I am already a hyper person...but this is crazy...I have so much energy right now I feel like I could do anything! Please try this sugar fast just for a few days and see how much better you feel.
I donned the new apron this morning and happily did my dishes and prepared a Chicken Salad for my lunch today.
Chopped up roasted chicken, cubed cukes, drizzle of EVOO, Dill and Cumin. Mixed with Avocado instead of Mayo.
Finished - My Chicken Salad Lunch, with Orange slices and Tomato for Vitamin C
This is my morning snack - around 10ish...or whenever I get hungry....These are cuke slices that I dip in the lite laughing cow cheese...with Almonds...Green Tea as well. YUM!
This is my afternoon pick me up...has replaced the cake, candy, and coffee I use to devour...I also have another cup of green tea with this...which controls hunger and promotes energy, along with being the highest antioxidant that we know of. It's a win win snack as it has DARK CHOCOLATE and Strawberries!
The chicken salad looks simply delish...sounds like you are doing great!
