Manifesto - No. 2 - French Women Adore Fashion

Hi Dolls,

Just a quick post today....trying to get through the manifesto's....so fun!

I want to add that this is day 12 of the no sugar fast for me and I am feeling great!! I even had the energy to walk 30 minutes this morning before work, this is something I plan on doing at least 6 days a week.

Anyway...the other things I am adding to my lifestyle are..

1. 3 meals a day but watch portions! I do allow some snacks. BUT if I have a snack it's high protein, calcium, or crunchy veges....oh and Dark Chocolate square...I am not crazy!

2. Move more...maybe you can't walk 30 min a day...but last night I was able to keep active around the house. Vacuuming, dusting, laundry, meal preparation...then during commercials, squats and arm weights...I got a good work out right in my own living room!

3. Green Tea - am and pm...at least 2 cups a day....this is the best anti-oxidant we know of. Gives me tons of energy AND decreases my appetite.

4. Supplements - Daily Multi-Vitamin, Vitamin B, Cal-Mag, Fish-Oil.

FRENCH WOMEN ADORE FASHION

Please head directly to.... http://www.glamourdaze.blogspot.com.../

I love Vintage Fashion...but this women is the Head Mistress of Glamour....Her blog today is adorable and just lovely....makes me aspire to be as elegant as Lauren Bacall.....

There are a lot of sites out there that represent Modest clothing as well for women. I love these sites. I think we can look cute and modern but still look Fashionable. Some of the site are in my blog list.

Also head to http://www.thevintagehousewife.blogspot.com/ she is featuring Olga nightgowns...I have never seen these before. Her blog is totally original and there is always something new to learn.

I don't have a lot of money, so frequent 2nd hand stores and eBay for my vintage finds. I have found the best clothing on eBay and probably have not spent over 5 dollars on any one item, unless it was truly vintage. The outfit I have on today is not vintage...I would consider it a casual Bohemian look for me...and in total was about 12 bucks with shipping!

Happy Shopping Dolls,
