Jane Austen Obsession

I have been bed ridden and am so grateful for streaming video's on Netflix.  While spending all this time in bed recovering from the accident I have been able to watch many Jane Austen movies. 

I am captivated with the style of dress, manners, and purity of love I see in these movies.  I am going to be buying more of these style dresses...or dare I say...learn to sew one of them myself. 

This one from eBay was 15 dollars and extremely comfortable.  Not good for summer as it is a heavy fall, winter fabric.

I am wearing my hair back and curled the side with the tiniest curling iron.  I hope you find this an updated version of a classic style of dress.

Sense and Sensibility and Mansfield Park!

Something Special

I am so excited for our next quiet time together.  I left this on my daughters bed this morning.  She will come home from school to a note from me within her journal and some of her favorite candies.

This weekend I am presenting the bracelets to my daughters and hope to have a very special quiet time with the both of them.
