I have a new favorite! Nigella Lawson. I have always liked her but recently began recording her shows and trying her recipes...Nigella Express has got to be the most amazing show and I simply must get the book!
Over the weekend I Made her Spanish Chicken..the family could not stop talking about this meal!

Nigella is English, gorgeous, and loves her food! I just love watching her! You can find her on the Cooking Channel or on the Food Network.
