40 day fast update!
OK, truth be told...I cheated about 4 times all within the last 15 days. I went 21 total days with no sugar. Except dark chocolate, like I said when I started this, I am not crazy. Dark chocolate is medicine!

1. I have lost 3 lbs.
2. I did not experience any PMS symptoms this month!
3. Lost 1 inch off my stomach and waist!
4. Feel Great! No more intense sugar cravings and I have more energy to walk after dinner.
5. No headaches, nausea, heart palpitations, or any other symptoms I was having due to my candida allergy.
6. Well, I'll say it...I just feel sexier, more womanly, and in control!
